About Technical Service Representative

What does a Technical Service Representative do?

As Technical Service Representatives, we are responsible for providing technical support to internal and external clients including resolving technical issues and providing troubleshooting support. We identify to support employees and set and repair machinery at customer locations. Managing and maintaining all computer systems and databases is one of our main responsibilities. We monitor and manage technical issues relating to products and provide qualitative support services to customers. Working as Technical Service Representatives, we analyze cost efficiencies in dealing with technical issues and assist staff in daily tasks.
