About Technical Services Analyst

What does a Technical Services Analyst do?

As Technical Services Analysts, we are responsible for providing general technical support and advice to the Facilities Management team by liaising with the Helpdesk Team as required. We also update the company’s documentation and records using various IT systems to ensure information and data are always maintained and updated to reflect compliance with the company’s established standards. We implement established security protocols and procedures to prevent potential cyber threats and loss of critical data while creating new user accounts and performing access control. We review the technical jobs logged on the CAFM system and monitor the subcontractor's online reporting system to avoid any discrepancies.

Core tasks:

  • ensure that job sheets are complete with the correct information logged as required
  • develop new data retrieval and recovery procedures
  • supervise the staff in the use of newly installed software
