About Technical Solutions Consultant

What does a Technical Solutions Consultant do?

As Technical Solutions Consultants, we collaborate with the Product Management team in order to offer constructive feedback on the customer’s existing technical equipment. We also configure, install and updating the network software and optimize the server capacity to keep up with the demand in online traffic. We monitor the system’s overall performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely especially during peak hours. We are also tasked with the regular testing the exchange and transfer of data between modems, computers, servers, and routers as well as performing diagnostic tests and repairs and develop new backup, and retrieval procedures.

Core tasks:

  • travel to the client’s job site to provide on-site consultation, and training
  • train and supervise junior IT personnel
