About Technical Specialist

What does a Technical Specialist do?

As Technical Specialists, we manage a company's computer hardware and software systems. We watch network performance and track digital security. As Technical Specialists, we also update and upgrade systems and troubleshoot technical issues. Tasked with the responsibility of performing routine maintenance, we provide technical support to employees and clients. Establishing network specifications, and analyzing security requirements and performance issues are our core responsibilities. We are the key actors in maintaining optimal and user-friendly tech equipment. We do regular checks on tools and equipment and supervise the technical staff.

Core tasks:

  • establish network specification, plan security requirements, and resolve performance issues
  • maintaining the network by monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • securing, monitoring, and evaluating the network by implementing secure network access protocols,
  • installing, upgrading, and enhancing the network as per company standards
  • updating job knowledge by reading professional publications and networking with professionals.
