As Technical Support Engineers, we install and configure computer systems, we solve technical problems, and we troubleshoot hardware/software faults. We serve as a primary liaison between an organization and its clients. As Technical Support Engineer, we are tasked with working with internal groups such as support, product management, sales engineering and consulting.
