What does a Technical Support Representative do?

As Technical Support Representatives, our primary tasks include assisting customers with resolving technical issues they encounter with products or services. We provide support over the phone, via email, and through chat to guide customers through troubleshooting steps. We document and track customer interactions and technical problems using ticketing systems. We escalate complex issues to higher-level support staff or appropriate departments when necessary. Additionally, we provide feedback to improve product functionality and customer satisfaction.
