About Technical Trainer

What does a Technical Trainer do?

As Technical Trainers, we conduct computer training assessments by collecting information about work procedures, workflow, and reports for a complete understanding of job-specific functions and tasks. We also ensure equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements following the manufacturer's instructions, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories evaluating new equipment and techniques. We carry a safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations and conducting training classes by presenting job-specific, company-specific, and generic software applications and personal computer classes.

Core tasks:

  • partake in theteam effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
  • lead, teach, onboard, and evaluate the new technical trainer
