About Technical Training Specialist

What does a Technical Training Specialist do?

As Technical Training Specialists, we develop technical programs and curriculum for the company’s experienced employees as well as new hires based on their skill as well as marketplace trends. We facilitate and administer company-wide and job-specific training while analyzing the effectiveness of training to the employees and adequately update the curriculum to suit everyone’s level and needs. We create and maintain professional and accurate training documentation for new hires and supervise their education in the long term.

Core tasks:

  • create virtual training modules as required
  • develop technical application testing to measure the employee’s comprehension of the program
