About Technology Coordinator

What does a Technology Coordinator do?

As Technology Coordinators, we work with several aspects of a company's technology infrastructure, including assisting end-users with technological issues, installing computer systems, overseeing the telecommunications systems, and overseeing technology projects. We report to the Technology Manager, though our duties are less-supervised by the technology manager, unlike how we supervise our subordinates. As Technology Coordinators, we provide technical leadership and assistance for all kinds of issues and maintain instructional computer systems.

Core tasks:

  • management of server performance and disaster recovery
  • management and overseeing all kinds of technological projects
  • creation and implementation of security policies and processes
