About Technology Lead

What does a Technology Lead do?

As Technology Leads, we are tasked with determining the company’s exact project requirements and develop better and more adequate work schedules for the team while ensuring that the project is completed within the established deadline. We also delegate tasks to new employees in order to achieve the company’s daily, weekly and quarterly goals while ensuring that their work is corrected and approved by more experienced employees. We liaise with other team members, clients, and managers to ensure that the project is error-free and completed to the established standard.

  • analyze existing operations to identify new development opportunities
  • keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards of operations
