About Technology Support Specialist

What does a Technology Support Specialist do?

As Technology Support Specialists, we coordinate with the company’s IT managers and other departments to assess the company's exact IT needs based on the customers’ consumption and behavior. We train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs and provide additional training on how to correctly use the hardware and software after major UI/UX design. We also resolve logged errors as fast as possible to avoid any discrepancies during peak time use by maintaining the database and ensure the system’s security at all times.

Core tasks:

  • document the maintenance processes
  • perform regular diagnostic tests as required
  • stay up-to-date with the latest development in the IT field
