The ACCM role in Teleperformance is the analogue of Operations Manager in other BPOs or Contact centers. I was responsible for the entire reporting aspect of our campaign for DoorDash, created systemized data analysis and launched a revitalization campaign for the QA guidelines across 3 countries in Nicaragua, Peru and Colombia. It was one of the highlights of my career as I extended beyond my country and made great colleagues and friends. However it came to a sad end. I had to leave due to harassment on behalf of my 2nd immediate Account Manager who did not tolerate me taking care of my 2-year-old son while having a fever when I exceeded my lunch hour for 30 minutes. Then he held me accountable for our HR Representative not placing the payroll for vacations for one of our staff members despite all documentation being sent to her and her reasoning was because she was not "tagged" in the email despite being in the chain from the beginning.

Pros and Cons
Regional Staff Experience, work from home, autonomy of work
Drastic changes of schedules which made follow up of performance very hard.

The entire hiring process was fast. The work hours are flexible. However the pay is not so great. Hourly wage depended on which campaign you worked. The people were friendly and sociable. With so many workers to managers it was oftentimes difficult to get a answer to a question, (i.e. troubleshooting tips) that could count against you due to the time on the call. I would work there again but its not really a place to move from pay check to pay check to say. gainfully employed.

Pros and Cons
work schedule. friendly co-workers
Pay is not minimum but it is low by comparison with other call centers.

I really enjoyed my time with Teleperformance up until I quit. I quit because of broken promises and a very unfulfilling project. I had an ADA document to only work until 5:00 pm EDT. In the project I was on as an analyst, the company bowed to the clients wishes and changed our work hours to 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EDT. I could not work those hours and sought another project. In this endeavor the company was totally non-responsive and unhelpful. Needless to say I was very disappointed and finally had no choice but to quit.

Pros and Cons
Good atmosphere for the most part.
Your work is at the mercy of your team leader. Very little help from middle or upper management.

I worked with TP back in 2020 before Covid-19 outbreak while carrying my 2nd born at 7 months pregnant for Sprint. After a few years things did not go so well I was gonna start working with this company again of 2022 but before I could start my first day they terminated my employment and sent a threaten email saying that I am past due of returning their equipment. After I have had tried multiple attempts to get in contact with anyone to get any assistance with my equipment but no one was of any help. I would not recommend no one to work with this company. Long story short I took the training class, for one week then because I got sick they understood and told me I could take time off and start their next training class when I feel better so I saw their equipment got paid for my first week, but the next training class that started was a few months later and then turns out I couldn’t take that class either for whatever reason, so now I’m sitting in limbo waiting to find out if I’ll ever be able to take the training class or not. But from what I did work there I loved

Pros and Cons
Work from home available. Good training class, helpful instructor s , understanding people
No call back to finish class , so I’m technically still employed and still have their Equipment

I was hired at Teleperformance as a customer representative. This place has some different people. Some people were nice while others were not the kind you'd want to be around... nor would you feel safe to be around. They do not care about you as a person. The only thing they cared about is having enough agents on the floor so they can look that much more valuable to the company that hires them for their projects. I was later promoted to a Quality Assurance position and that wasn't good either. I was micromanaged every second for only $13.00 an hour and still had to take calls like everyone else. So was that really a promotion? Nope! At least not the way they advertised that position. Again, you'd be better off working elsewhere! ANYWHERE!

Pros and Cons
None. You would save your self a lot of time by NEVER working here
