Became ill at work, went to supervisor to get permission to leave. I was told to go back to seat and finish my job. Gave my supervisor my badge and left. Spent the next 3 months in hospital recovery from a virus that attack the my heart. This happen in October of 2014, never went back and couldn't draw my unemployment.

Hi, I would like to share my experience with teleperformance, is a much better BPO for growth. I had joined teleperformance in India at 14 march 2019 and leave at 1 October 2019. I would like to request you that if I got a chance to work with teleperformance I feel better because TP give me a better growth and work zone.

They lie to get you onboard. No one is on the same page about anything. Don’t bother complaining, they don’t care. They will fire with no notice and no reason. You are definitely just a number. If your seeking work, DO NOT WORK for Teleperformance. Makes me sad there are companies and people like Teleperformance.

Took four months to get my equipment working to take calls

Very disappointed. My equipment did not work correctly to take calls and management was no help to get it fixed after repeat requests. All I needed was a different monitor but no one would help me. By the time I was able to take calls and navigate the systems I was expected to be as productive as people who had taken calls for three months. I missed one call and was let go. I enjoyed the work but was only able to take calls for six weeks before I got so busy one day and missed a call. They would not give me another chance after I waited four months for them. I was very very sad after trying so hard and only getting one chance. There were other people who had problems with tech issues but didn’t take so Long to get fixed or they just got tired of waiting and quit. This was very unfair to me!! I wish I could take them to court. I essentially wasted one-third of a year.

First they couldn’t get my orientation right. Never knew for sure who supervisor was. Software didn’t work 3/4 of the time. Kept bouncing as to what hours I worked. Told one thing at hire and then became hard core sell of policies. Got sick. They told unemployment I didn’t contact them. I have proof I did many times.
