About Tenant Services Coordinator

What does a Tenant Services Coordinator do?

As Tenant Services Coordinators, we are responsible for assisting tenants and liaising between property owners and tenants. We manage assigned service contracts and assist security staff when needed. We coordinate information flow between security and tenants. Assisting property managers in collecting tenant receivables and coordinating lobby exhibits is one of our main responsibilities. We update the tenant warden list and assist in developing building communications. We follow up daily tenant service requests and manage the conference center. Working as Tenant Services Coordinators, we act as a team member and maintain and update vendor and other files.

  • monitor management staff
