As Terminal Managers, we are responsible for the overall management of a warehouse and sales. We handle merchandising, control inventory, terminal budgets, and manage personnel and staff. We plan, implement, and monitor the work of staff members and ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational requirements. We direct all dispatching activities including tracking, routing, and transport vehicles. We conduct ongoing safety audits and implement changes to transportation services, policies, or schedules as required. Working as Terminal Managers, we ensure compliance with safety rules, administrative procedures, and government regulations. We initiate and direct investigations to resolve customer complaints and verify their authenticity.
