About
Description
As Test Center Managers, we are responsible for performing on-site opening and closing procedures. We check in examinees, verify identification, and explant exam processes to attendants and participants. We monitor examinees while testing and maintain a secure testing environment. Communicating with internal technical support and investigating and fixing technical issues is part of our main responsibilities. We maintain a professional and clean testing center and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Working as Test Center Managers, we arrive on time and train, develop, and coach staff members. We also maintain and update local site administration and documentation procedures.
Core tasks:
- ensure compliance with defined policies and regulations
- liaise between center officials and management
- support regional manager in recruitment issues and conduct staff interviews
