TetraTech does not care about it's employees at all. They treat you like garbage and work you to death. My job was to follow debris trucks around and monitor what they picked up. I hade to drive 49 minutes one way just to get from the meeting area to my first pickup point. The management was all from up North. (NYC, Virginia, Connecticut etc) They simply didn't understand the drive time in the South. They accused the route monitors of lying and falsification of records constantly. The hours are horrible and the pay is just awful. Leadership is toxic. Avoid at all costs.

Pros and Cons
Nothing at all
Plenty of hours.

Have a lot of great staff for addressing water and wastewater needs of clients. However, the bottom line is always profitability. As an engineer, you better be billable. If you are not after awhile, you better start looking for a job as they will probably be looking to lay you off.

Pros and Cons
Great staff from a technological perspective
Cold atmosphere. Quick to lay people off when they are not billable.

I have worked on and off with Tetra Tech over the past years and have nothing bad to say about the company and coordinators that I have worked with. They have all been professional and diligent in responding to needs and concerns both professional and personal. I would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself and I could work remotely from home.

Pros and Cons
Generally, a fun environment
no issues to comment on except hours can get long sometimes but no glaring issues come to mind
