I worked as a graduate research and teaching assistant for four and half years (2017-2022) at Texas A&M AgriLife, College Station (Texas). In terms of benefits (eg., health insurance), I cannot think of any company or institution which can beat Texas A&M. You are actually considered an asset everyday you show up for work. I will definitely miss working for this great institution.

Pros and Cons
Friendly and culturally diverse environment
I cannot think of any cons working at this company, seriously.

None of the staffs for international student support know their job. Very difficult to catch them. Their answers for most of the questions are "I do not know" and "Who knows that I also do not know" type. My North American experience is "Every places/offices are good except universities".

Pros and Cons
Freedom of speech
Library facilities are excellent.
