Frisco, TX - November 16, 2022
When you have a poor leader then it affects all. And when the executive team closes their eyes to an officer that has received poor surveys year after year, vocal & documented concerns /issues your respect for the executive team faulters. There are amazing nurses and staff to work with so that is a huge benefit but not sure it’s worth it. Many left in a short time that were affected by this leader and still nothing was done. Very unfortunate!
