Design Project Lead

The Project Leads within the Dept., were supportive and team oriented. Everyone helped each other achieve the goal of the project. But Upper Management lacked communication between themselves, and to staff. Assigned projects were not explained well by management to staff, in regards to goals of project, project requirements, important project stake-holders, hierarchy of stake holders. Important inter-dept. "political" information was often not revealed, until there was a problem. i.e. Some un-mentioned stake-holder complains to our management about something. Management comes down on staff for not knowing the un-knowable.
Pros and Cons
Good Team Work, within Project Leads. Flexible Hours. Overtime request are held to a minimum.
Lack of upper management communication and leadership. Lots of "politics"
