The McGraw–Hill Structure, located at 520 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, was a 16-story, 190-foot-tall (58 m) iconic building in the Near North Side community area. On February 7, 1997, the facade and its architectural sculpture by Chicago-born artist Gwen Lux were designated as a Chicago Landmark. The structure was dismantled in 1998, but the facade was preserved and placed on the new Le Méridien Chicago hotel complex in 2000. In 2005, the hotel was renamed Conrad Chicago. The hotel was renamed The Gwen in 2015, after sculptor Gwen Lux, and is now part of The Luxury Collection.
