I love my management team, we worked together we worked hard but always found time to enjoy our days.

After two weeks of being hired on for a big project, my boss asked to meet with me the following week and that day I was not able to log into my system, thinking I had a computer issues, I had to find out later from a 3rd party that I was terminated. I never got a reason why, and I just had gotten access to the system application to start work. Most unprofessional termination I ever had received. No time to even start looking for another job. Don’t trust this company.

Team leaders have favorites. Tl take on positions that they do not know anything about the jobs that the employees process. Company talks about retaining talent but never talk directly with employees. They do suveys but team leaders tell employees to rate the company with high scores.
