About Therapeutic Specialist

What does a Therapeutic Specialist do?

Working as Therapeutic Specialists, we are responsible for working under the direction of therapeutic managers. We work in hospitals and healthcare organisations to support the provision of care for young children and adults. We participate in the development of PSP programs to support and provide care to people who have experienced trauma and anxiety. In the role of Therapeutic Specialist, we are accountable for assessing the issues in the health of patients and assisting them in coping up with their trauma. We schedule events and programs to spread awareness among the people about their healthcare. To collect the customers and patients data we make proper entries to keep the old information updated. We also help the newly hired team members in performing their work and excelling at their skills.

Core tasks:

  • maintaining strong relationships with patients
  • asking for information from the patient during their consultation
  • providing reports to our supervisors
  • organising the working plans and strategies
  • solving the problems of our patients
