Began working for this company after being laid off and initially it was good. Then key people left the company and things went downhill fast. There was a serious lack of communication, no local people to call when issues arise. There was just no feeling of loyalty from the company but they expect loyalty from you. No appreciation of the job you do as your reputation made them a great deal of money.
