Very hostile environment. Luck of operations and quality support. Blacks are not given the opportunity to grow and develop. Poor Leadership and management.

Site with many growing pains trying to support a product line that is having some manufacturability problems.
Site has a very strong “figure it out for yourself” culture. Manufacturing supervisory staff is overworked and not given the necessary people resources to be successful.
Pros and Cons
Lots of SWAG. Young, diverse workforce.
Work/Life balance is terrible. Needs improvement in change management and effective leadership.

I loved working for this company, benefits, understand, human decency, understanding, validations. Its a quick learning process for some. If it werent for current life events id still be empoyed.

At Thermo you are just a number in their excel file. You direct managers and colleagues are perfect professional teammates but company only see you as nimber
