Founded in 1997, Think Together is an organization that specializes in various after school programs across California. The organization is inspired by an organization named The Shalimar Center, assisting the students hailing from the Shalimar neighborhood with their homework after school. Shalimar Center was established by a group of parents who were concerned by the prevalence of crime and gang culture and received imminent success. Based in Santa Ana, California, Think Together has partnered with schools across California from San Diego to San Franciso and assisting a total of 200,000 students with specialized after school training and programs such as early learning, expanded learning, summer programs, support programs, college, and career readiness and more. Within these programs, the organization generates several vacancies in the areas of early education, coordination, planning, and more that can be accessed through the Careers page of the organization’s official website.
