Ticket Admin

  • Overview

    The Ticket Admin’s main role is to provide top-notch support to internal employees. This will ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely experience for hardware requests. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Processing hardware requests submitted through internal Inventory/Tracking systems.

    • Receive, request and verify necessary approvals for hardware as needed.

    • Clear and concise communication on requests.

    • Handle post-fulfillment inquiries.

    • Other duties as assigned by Milestone or our Client.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage a high-volume ticket queue for hardware requests.

    • Maintain same-day communication.

    • Research and provide updates and info to various needed documents.

    • Resolve any outstanding issues within a hardware request in a timely manner.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years customer service experience (online preferred).

    • 1-3 years experience in handling requests through a ticketing queue system.

    • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.

    • Proven record of successful experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

    KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
    Must have advanced computer and typing skills.
    Experience working within Google suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Calendar).
    Must have a good command of written and spoken English.
    Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
