About Ticket Agent

What does a Ticket Agent do?

Functioning as Ticket Agents, we are responsible for providing customer services to the clients of the traveling agencies. We provide valuable advice related to the ticketing of customers’ vacations. We maintain the proper balance between the incoming calls and outgoing calls to keep the customers aware of their traveling cycle. In the role of Ticket Agent, we are accountable for welcoming the airline customers and verifying their baggage, and help them in determining their seats on the airplane. We also handle ticket reservation cancellations and any alterations that are requested by the customers. We also alarm the people about any flight delay or cancellation.

Core tasks:

  • applying new techniques for satisfying the customers with our services
  • building strong relationships with customers
  • handling the ticket related tasks
  • performing other duties as assigned by the company
