Ticket Sales Agent

As a Ticket Sales Agent, our primary tasks include assisting customers with ticket purchases, providing information about events and schedules, and handling payment transactions. We also resolve customer complaints, manage and update ticket sales logs, and ensure adherence to company policies. Moreover, we sometimes coordinate with event organizers to facilitate bulk ticket orders. Our role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
