About Ticket Seller

What does a Ticket Seller do?

As Ticket Sellers, we are responsible for sale of tickets for entertainment units and transportation service providers. We collect payments, answer client questions and inquiries, maintain balance sheets, fill reservations, take phones from customers, and computing daily sales. It is our responsibility to sell tickets on street sailboats, ferry boats, buses and admit people to entertainment venues. We depress keys on ticket dispensers to automatically issue tickets by clients or physically hand over the tickets to customers. We collect fares from customers entering recreational facilities, amusement parks, and tourist sites. It is our responsibility to fill in reservations for seats by mail.

  • issuing tickets to customers
  • welcoming customers to designated venues
