Do you spend hours scrolling through TikTok and creating content? Are you outgoing and well connected? TikTok is hiring leaders at your college to become brand reps,  this is your chance to bring the TikTok community to life at your school and beyond!   

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking proven creators, leaders and entrepreneurs to build brand awareness and showcase the variety of content on TikTok at select college and universities.  We're building a community where you can create and share authentically, discover new things, and connect with others.   

We know that life is different these days, so our program will be ready to roll whether you are returning to campus or attending school digitally.  Our Student Reps will use their creativity to build hype and create experiences for college students. Working with the TikTok team to develop activations that are a right fit for your school environment. 

Our Student Reps embody TikTok’s Make Your Day attitude and  spread their love for the app with their peers –Reps lead the TikTok community both at school and online.  

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Currently enrolled in college 

  • 3.0 GPA or higher 

  • Self-starting entrepreneur and impeccable communicator who thinks outside of the box  

  • You use TikTok regularly  

  • Have a passion for creating fun/ entertaining videos  

  • Have previous experience creating and hosting events both in person and online  

  • Organized leader with strong multitasking skills, strategic mindset and ability to host, schedule meetings and events as well as track predefined metrics  

  • Active participant in school clubs/organizations/sports and/or Greek Life 

  • Active digital presence, engaged with campus life and college students not just on the ground, but online 

  • Interested in digital media and entertainment, communications, business, marketing, social media, sales, and/or project management.  

  • You are a problem-solver who knows when to ask for help 

  • Work well with a team and are comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with new people in person and digitally

Tasks

  • Work as part of a team of demonstrators to accommodate large crowds.
  • Prepare or alter presentation contents to target specific audiences.
  • Stock shelves with products.
  • Provide product information, using lectures, films, charts, or slide shows.
  • Train demonstrators to present a company's products or services.
  • Recommend product or service improvements to employers.
  • Contact businesses or civic establishments to arrange to exhibit and sell merchandise.
  • Write articles or pamphlets about products.
  • Wear costumes or sign boards and walk in public to promote merchandise, services, or events.
  • Develop lists of prospective clients from sources such as newspaper items, company records, local merchants, or customers.
