Assistant Community Manager - July 31, 2021
You success is all based on how good your Regional Manager is. My RM chose to believe residents over her staff., never recognized hard work and accomplishments and was always full of negative comments. I stopped caring about the site because of this. If you decide to work at the site level with Timberland I hope you have a good Regional.
