Management is bias. The managers harass you and supervisors condone the harassment. Management is lazy and allows a toxic work environment. Head supervisors turn their heads when you report harassment and then play dumb like thirty never knew about any harassment. No growth in the company. They managers and supervisor are family and are corrupt and protect each other from the harassment claims. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I worked over 22 years for Goodyear Wholesale and then they joined forces with TWW to form TireHub. It started out sounding good but made changes as things went on and then I get a call saying they were restructuring the company and I didn't fit in along with any rep. here in Houston, leaving only one person to do all of Houston.
Pros and Cons
I had certain customers I called on, pay was ok at first.
Much pressure but on by area manager to produce and didn't was called out before others.
