I enjoyed my 5 yrs at TSC. I was treated well and was generally happy while employed there. We were a smaller store and a start-up store, so we did a lot of work and heavy lifting. Fun environment and great customer base.

I worked here 6 years, i only for recognition 2 times. I worked hard at my job, and alot was put on me to do. In the end, although i did a vast majority of all work, i was terminated to bring a male assistant Manager to have my position.

Before I started working at tractor supply, I was an MMA instructor. I loved my job, but the schedule and salary made it extremely inconvenient and prevented me from paying bills. Working at tractor supply, I had a great schedule, I also had pretty decent pay. I worked with amazing individuals who worked hard. I was the youngest who came in to the warehouse at the time and I worked my way up to being the number four to number 3 top outbound loader using pacers. I was still attending MMA gyms as I worked there. Through training, I had received a hernia, which was extremely unfortunate. Before and after my surgery I'd began to have extreme difficulties with eating food, sleeping normally, moving my body and exercising, which all above affected my mental and physical health. Eventually I was fired for having a medical cannabis card, which had helped me drastically with my medical hindrances. I was fired upon medical discrimination
Pros and Cons
Benefits, pay, co-workers
Discriminatory, and mandatory over time
