About Training Coordinator

What does a Training Coordinator do?

As Training Coordinators, we evaluate the Human Resources Department to identify their weaknesses by conducting surveys and interviews. We then conceptualize training materials strategies, initiatives, and materials based on the collected data and determine which delivery method will facilitate learning the most. We schedule training sessions with the HR department to improve their performance and skills and equip the organization with a trained and up-to-date HR department to optimize its current and future goals and objectives by boosting the employees’ morale.

Core tasks:

  • critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the training
  • creat an annual training program and prepare coaching plans
  • maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements
