About Training Instructor

What does a Training Instructor do?

As Training Instructors, we observe each lesson to identify the trainee’s strengths and weaknesses and provide timely and accurate feedback, advice, and customized training sessions for each trainee. We work with other instructors and staff members to develop or improve the current curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques in accordance with the latest development in the field. We are also responsible for setting realistic monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for new instructors as well as trainees, and provide them with mental support to ensure that each goal is met on time.

Core tasks:

  • supervise classroom activities, and write accurate performance reports to share with the administration
  • develop new strategies and tactics to improve the overall learning experience
  • encourage new instructors to share their resources and knowledge
