As Training Managers, we are responsible for managing and driving training initiatives in accordance with organizational standards. We develop a training plan by conducting a training needs analysis. We also ensure complete training of newly hired employees. Tracking and evaluating training outcomes on a regular is also a part of our duty. We maintain and update records of training of all employees. Working as Training Managers, we are responsible for tracking the approval of material from the department head. We coordinate with other departments to ensure all processes fall under pre-established budgetary limits. Finally, We also report discrepancies and issues during the training of employees.
