What does a Transportation Associate do?

As Transportation Associates, we ensure adherence to the business’ rules and regulations and ensure that safety stays a priority at all times. We also perform multiple functions and duties within the ward by moving around goods by hand or by using a forklift based on their size and weight. We coordinate with the company’s managers to determine which items to move and where to efficiently pack everything and move/load goods into delivery trucks.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate with external carriers and internal transportation field teams
  • ensure that trailers arrive and leave on time
