What does a Transportation Specialist do?

As Transportation Specialists, we are responsible for the management of all the transportation processes in various organizations and institutions. We coordinate the transfer of goods, people, products, and other services following the set regulations in the transport industry. We prepare travel schedules to ensure working efficiencies in the institutions where we work. We are tasked with overseeing the drivers who transport passengers and goods. We also coordinate the movement of people and maintain the transportation processes. We recommend improvements in the transportation processes in a given institution. We survey and assess the potential highways for the efficient movement of goods.
