About Travel Sales Consultant

What does a Travel Sales Consultant do?

As Travel Sales Consultants, we are tasked with answering and responding to incoming sales inquiries related to the company’s offerings and services while taking customers' information such as phone number and name and forward it to the sales department. We analyze clients’ travel needs and requirements by asking them a series of detailed questions to determine any health or legal restriction that could affect their travel. We also pitch customers about multiple travel destinations both in the US and abroad based on their tastes and expectations.

Core tasks:

  • ensure that clients pay their deposit
  • book hotel rooms and airplane tickets
  • inform clients about the company’s cancellation policy
