About Travel Specialist

What does a Travel Specialist do?

As Travel Specialists, we are responsible for advising clients about travel options and planning trips to domestic or international destinations. We help people and groups arrange holidays and sell special holiday packages to different destinations. Organizing and managing tours and travel itineraries and exploring different travel destination options is one of our main responsibilities. We research destination and travel prices, book tickets, and organize rental transportation. We inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides and event programs. Working as Travel Specialists, we collect deposits and balances and offer different services.

Core tasks:

  • build and maintain relationships with clients
  • track KPIs and prepare reports
  • keep financial statements and documents
