Treasury Management Services Specialist POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for implementation and support for internal and external customers using Treasury Management Products and Services. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls from Clients, Corporate Treasury Management Customer service, Client Services or other bank personnel. Provide Treasury Management support to Commercial and Corporate Banking Officers Answer and resolve customer service requests from customers managed by Corporate Banking Officers. Assist customers with system support questions received through the Treasury Management Support email. Complete new/change/delete requests for Treasury Management products and services. Prepare client documents for imaging into Synergy documentation system. Provide system training via webex or on-site as needed. Prepare and distribute list of ACH and RDC customers for annual underwriting to TM sales, account Officers, Business Underwriting. Work with account officers to complete ACH Renewals Perform ACH, RDC and Wire limit increases for customers as necessary upon approval. Work with management to document and update department procedures as needed Maintain positive and professional attitude. Strong Customer Service orientation. Organization skills to maintain daily workflows. Problem assessment and solving skills to identify solutions to Treasury Management issues and unique client needs. Intermediate knowledge of banking and bank operations. Ability to recognize workflow patterns and offer input regarding improvement opportunities. Ownership skills to follow up and follow through with internal and external Treasury Management clients. Understanding of rules and regulations pertaining to the banking industry to ensure compliance standards are followed and audits are performed. Maintain neat and orderly work area. Maintain orderly records of daily activities. Maintain historical files in an orderly manner in conjunction with the TMS group. Perform other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS): 2 years of related experience and/or training. Work related experience must consist of Business Banking products and services knowledge, Treasury Management products and services knowledge, payment processing operations, customer service, system support, installation and training, procedure and documentation development and project management. Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions. Math skills; including the ability to balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited processes or procedures exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and proficiency at keyboarding.
