About Tree Trimmer

What does a Tree Trimmer do?

As Tree Trimmers, we use shovels, rakes, and other tools to collect debris from tree removal and trimming operations and organize them into piles. We also use climbing equipment or buckets of extended truck booms, as well as chainsaws, handsaws, hooks, and clippers to cut away dead and excess branches from trees, or clear branches around power lines. Then we load the debris onto trucks and transport it for disposal.

Core tasks:

  • spray trees to prevent disease infection by mixing the correct chemicals
  • cut down, prune, fertilize, and spray trees
