Culture and Values
Extreme turnover due to very poor management. Don't expect to ever get a raise, and be prepared for coworkers to come and go every few months. Management picks their favorites and if you don't make the cut you're gone soon.
Pros and Cons
No positives
Poor salary, hostile management.

Culture and Values
This location had all the potential to be a fantastic place to work, but unfortunately has one of the worst cultures and lowest morale of any position I've ever worked. Pay inequality, micro-management, and a lack of valuing their employee base has resulted in high attrition rates. I do not recommend working here unless you just need to get your foot in the door federally.
Pros and Cons
the 4/10s schedule is nice and ability to shift swap
Bad parking situation/break ins frequent, pay inequality, poor culture, micro-management
