I began as a Bilingual teacher assistant and worked my way up as my own children grew up in TUSD. I held positions in attendance, Registrar, all high School secretary offices and ended up in Office Manager at at K-12 New online program. I've been fortunate to be able to use my bilingual skills and help so many students, parents, administration and the public through out my 30 years at TUSD district. I encourage you to find your self confidence and move up the ladder. Believe in yourself! Best wishes for all!
Pros and Cons
Time off when your children are off, accumulate personal and vacation time and sick time.
Some people are very bitter and you have to learn to work with or around them.
