About Turnaround Planner

What does a Turnaround Planner do?

As Turnaround Specialists, we encompass all personnel responsibilities into a pool of other responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, management and execution of turnaround times. We have a team of plant managers, turnaround managers, planners and schedulers along with field supervisors. Our maintenance manager also acts around supervisors and contractors. Our employees carry activities such as supervision of operations, safety, inspection, warehouse and tool room sections of the plant. With each turnaround session, we always determine the crucial points for the smooth workflow of processes and orders.

Core tasks:

  • ensure safe maintenance of plant and equipment
  • work with operations and development of outrage schedule for site
  • monitor overall organization and plan work
  • provide daily updates to all key stakeholders
