Turn/River Capital

We started Turn/River because we see the emergence of a new breed of web company - bootstrapped, extremely lean, often profitable, usually SaaS, operating almost entirely online. We think these companies are, in a strange way, a tough fit for the existing financial players too capital efficient for venture capital, too small for traditional private equity and too messy for strategic acquirers. Turn/River was built specifically to step into this gap.
