Culture and Values
Systemic white favoritism, culture is poor, from HQ dispersed to the field. Culture change is needed. Management changes are needed. Move on from a culture and mind set that has been in place for years

Pros and Cons
Remote work to avoid toxic people and the environments they are enabled to create
Fresh and new ideas are not embraced because of the systematic lock of people there too long.
