This company pride's itself on micro-management. The owner is a narcissist times 10. There are so many rules, so many ever changing methods & procedures. Nepotism runs wild here. They literally monitor every minute of your shift. The pay is excellent! Benefits are excellent as well. Very pristine clean atmosphere. VERY structured. You literally have no time to even think of anything else if it's not related to Uline. You don't get breaks, only lunch. Horrible place to work unless you like: fast-paced environment, to eat drink & poop Uline or drive your in the ground. If that's you, then go for it.

Micro-management overboard
