It was a great place to work for. The people were very helpful in working with you until you understood what you was doing. The pay was decent as well as plenty of opportunities to work overtime.

Pros and Cons
Very friendly atmosphere
Having to pay for your food in the cafeteria. It was a bit steep.

I worked for Cintas in SLC and was moving south to St George. I wanted to stay in the industry, but the closest Cintas location was in Las Vegas. That was too far to commute every day, so I applied at UniFirst in St George. The manager met me at the warehouse on a Sunday (I was down there looking for jobs on the weekend, and he obliged me, very kind of him!) We visited for a while, and he hired me on the spot. It was a very small branch; I was one of four reps. I was the only female and had to work extra hard to prove myself, but I eventually ended up with the biggest route and was making good money. The atmosphere was fun and professional. It was very hard work and a lot of driving, but I loved working there!

Pros and Cons
Fun group of fellas to work with!
It being a small location and quite rural, I was driving hundreds of miles a day. Trucks were old

I was a top producing rep for over 4 years. There were several times sales had to go to HR because of someone getting physical with one of the reps. Management is incompetent, and unprofessional. I can't tell you how many of my customers straight up asked me never to bring my sales manager again. I would stay away from this place, at all costs. I know other locations may be great but Albuquerque is godawful.

Pros and Cons
Benefits and leads
Management incompetence (fake it til you make it , micro-management, busy work, inadequate commision

Great work stations, employees usually work in pairs. Great benefits and work schedule. Supervisors and managers are very lenient. Company policies are grand and very fair.

Pros and Cons
Clean break room. Free drinks and popcorn or ice cream during every shift.
Atmosphere can get smelly and hot.

I was responsible for researching companies who would use a uniform program, contacting the decision makers for those companies, and setting an appointment with those decision makers for an outside sales representative to make a presentation as to the benefits of a uniform program. These were in territories across the United States, that I was assigned to manage, as well as for several “Regional Sales Teams”. Horrible work atmosphere as Office Manager's Secretary ran the office with an Iron Fist. Company downsized and I was laid off in July 2009

Pros and Cons
Paid on time
You name. Not a company you want to work for....EVER!!
