About
Description
As Unit Clerks, we work under the unit manager's supervision to perform administrative and clerical duties at the front desk of the hospital's units or wards. We have the responsibility of taking care of customers, attending to their needs, and guiding them through the location of wards and offices within the hospital. We facilitate the proper information dissemination of information between clients, patients, and staff (doctors, nurses, and other workers). The responsibility of storage and inventory of supplies is also part of our responsibility, and we maintain the proper record keeping of such.
Core tasks:
- ensure excellent customer service delivery
- proper inventory and record of supplies
- ensure data entry and records of patients are well kept
- act as middlemen between professionals and patient
